Banglijian is not a familiar name, and doesn’t sound like one, either. If you’ve ever looked for hearing amplifiers online, there’s no doubt you’ve come across the Banglijian company. Their hearing amplifiers are ranked among the most popular models, and for good reason.
Not only are these models reasonably priced, they offer a good set of features, too. Because Banglijian regularly updates their models with more recent technology, you’re also hard-pressed to find an outdated model. Most of their hearing amplifiers are rechargeable, which saves you money on batteries in the long run.
While Banglijian has a range of products available, most of the company’s hearing amplifiers are aimed at a similar audience. It doesn’t have the wide variety that other companies (like Neosonic or Otofonix) offer.
This article will discuss some background information about Banglijian as a company and briefly touch on each different model that’s available. You’ll also find the answers to the mysteries of where to find Banglijian user manuals and the absence of the Banglijian company website.

Banglijian Company Information
Banglijian is a Chinese company. It designs and manufactures its products in China, and sells them on Amazon.com. Most hearing amplifiers are manufactured in China, but it’s not as common to see a Chinese brand with different products have such an established presence.
One of the bigger mysteries of the internet (or at least the hearing amplifier corner of it) is where to find Banglijian user manuals. The manuals come with the device when you order them, but are not publicly available. To help my readers, I have requested digital copies, but Banglijian replied they don’t want to give the competition any more than they need – a request I naturally honor.
Banglijian company warranty
The Banglijian company doesn’t have a website, but has listed some information as a merchant on Amazon. All contact with their customer service team also goes through Amazon, and any warranty concerns should also go through the sales platform. The customer service team is quick to respond and happy to help with any questions.
Banglijian has a three-year warranty on their hearing amplifiers. Within this time period, repairs on your device are free. An exception to the three-year rule is the battery. Because the batteries are rechargeable, you can’t replace them yourself. If you want a new battery in your Banglijian hearing amplifier, they will replace it for you. In the first year after your purchase, the replacement is free. After the first year, you pay $20 in shipping and handling.
Buying Banglijian replacement parts
In Banglijian’s Amazon store, there is a separate section for accessories, such as replacement ear domes, cleaning supplies, and listening tubes. There are no other replacement parts available for your hearing amplifier.

Banglijian Product information and comparisons
One of my favorite parts about Banglijian is that they regularly update their models. This means that you don’t run the risk of buying an outdated hearing amplifier and that their competitive don’t come at the cost of ancient technology. If you do decide to buy one of the Banglijian hearing amplifiers, just make sure you get the latest model (this automatically happens when you order through Amazon).
All of Banglijian’s hearing amplifiers are rechargeable. Because you use a USB cable to charge them, you don’t need a dedicated charging spot. Simply plug one end of the cable into your hearing amplifier and the other end into a USB port, and you’re good to go. This means you can charge the device with your laptop or in your car.
Banglijian Ziv-201

The Banglijian Ziv-201 is this company’s Big Mac, and perhaps the Big Mac of hearing amplifiers in this price range. It has everything you need, and comes in three different varieties. The Ziv-201 is the base model with two different listening modes, five volume levels, and setting feedback. Nothing spectacular, but it gets the job done for a great price.
Its brothers, the Ziv-201a and Ziv-201P are for people who respectively need smaller hearing amplifiers to better match their glasses, or need a little more power. The Ziv-201P has a 53 dB peak gain, which makes it more suitable for later stages of hearing loss. As a bonus, the Ziv-201P also comes with three listening modes instead of two.

Banglijian BLJ-109

The Banglijian BLJ-109 is one of my favorites. It made my list of best hearing amplifiers of 2020, and has been the best budget buy since it was first reviewed. Again, there are no miracles here, but you can’t find another decent hearing amplifier with this many features for under $100. With six volume levels, three listening programs, and a very decent audio quality, the Banglijian BLJ-109 blows the competition out of the water.

Banglijian Ziv-206

The Banglijian Ziv-206 is one of Banglijian’s newer models. It resembles the Ziv-201P in many different ways. They share the same dB peak gain of 53dB, both have three different listening modes, five volume settings, and advanced audio processing features that minimize background noise, optimize speech recognition, and offer four different channels. As the Ziv-206 is newer than the Ziv-201P, it has slightly better audio and different volume buttons.

Banglijian Hearing Amplifier Rechargeable Personal Sound Amplifier, Digital Noise Cancelling to Aid and Assist Hearing, for Adults and Seniors, Latest Upgrade

I’m not joking. That is the name for this model, as far as anyone can tell. The only thing worse than that name, is the fact that Banglijian carries multiple models with a similar name. Some of those models also have a model number, but this wonderful device seems to be the exception. Should you buy a hearing amplifier without a proper name?
Plenty of people do, and for good reason. It has all the advantages of other Banglijian models, but is a bit smaller than usual. With 43 dB peak gain, it still offers plenty of power, while costing little more than $100.

Banglijian AL80R RIC Model

Another hearing amplifier with a terrible name on Amazon. The Banglijian AL08R describes most features in its name, but forgets the model name and one of the most distinguishing features. The AL08R is Banglijian’s RIC model. This type of hearing amplifier skips the sound tube that’s common in behind-the-ear models and delivers sound straight into your ear canal. This configuration improves the sound quality, but comes with some compromises. In Banglijian’s case, the AL80R is one of the few models that’s not ambidextrous. If you want a pair of these hearing amplifiers, you need to buy one for the right and left ear. Nevertheless, it’s worth its money.

Banglijian BLJ-707

The Banglijian BLJ-707 is the first type of hearing aid this company sells as a pair. It features a familiar set-up, with two rechargeable hearing aids in a rechargeable case. While it doesn’t compete with the more expensive models (such as the Neosonic B10), it’s very evenly matched with competitors, such as the OneBridge J707. The Banglijian customer service and warranty give this model an edge over direct competitors.

Hello, I have moderate hearing loss. Due to my concerns about RF radiation, I am looking for hearing aids products that are NOT wireless (not programmable). Could you please advise if your company produces such product, and if so, pls make some recommendations and if available on Amazon.
Thank you and have great day.
Milenko
Hello,
Thank you for your comment! I’m not officially affiliated with Banglijian, but committed to help you find the perfect hearing amplifier. Could you please clarify what you mean by wireless or programmable hearing aids?
If you’re talking about hearing amplifiers that support a wireless connection to your phone through Bluetooth, none of Banglijian’s products support this feature. Their listening programs (different pre-set sound settings) are selected on the device itself. You can buy any of the hearing amplifiers mentioned on this page without fearing side effects from RF radiation.
If you have any further questions, please let me know!
