The Banglijian BLJ-707 is one of the latest hearing aid models that use a rechargeable carrying case. Just like rivaling models, the newest BLJ hearing amplifier comes as a pair in a sleek case that extends the battery life. Instead of charging the hearing aids directly, you charge the case. This eliminates the need for a home base and makes these models the best hearing aids for traveling.

The Banglijian brand has long been a favorite on this website. Even after years of technological advances, the Ziv-201 is still one of the most popular models. With their previous models, Banglijian has offered a good mix of technology, low prices, and customer service. In this review for the Banglijian BLJ-707, we’ll see if the same applies to this BLJ hearing amplifier.
As always, you can find the results of my findings in a quick visual review at the bottom of this post. To know more about which hearing aid is perfect for you, look at the page where I’ve ranked all the 30-second reviews, take the quiz, or send me an email for personal recommendations.

Key features of the Banglijian BLJ-707
The most striking feature of the Banglijian BLJ-707 is the charging case. Where rechargeable hearing aids were formerly charged directly (such as with the Banglijian Ziv-201) or in a charging case (like the Neosonic MX), these charging cases offer multiple charges.
You charge the case once, after which the case charges the hearing aids a few times. With the BLJ-707, one four-hour charge for the case gives you five charges for the pair. A fully charged hearing amplifier lasts you 15 hours. You charge the case with a USB-cord, which makes this model suitable for travel, too.
Another key feature includes the updated chip, which gives you great sound quality for a good price. Banglijian ensures their models are up to date by upgrading the chips regularly. Compared to other Banglijian models, the BLJ-707 is only sold as a pair, which is a departure from what we’ve previously seen from this manufacturer.

Who is this hearing amplifier for?
The good sound quality comes with a peak sound gain of 37 dB, making this a hearing amplifier for mild to moderate hearing loss. Additionally, the charging case makes it a good choice for traveling. With the budget-friendly price, it’s a good alternative for the ZVOX VB25 or the Neosonic B10.
How well does the Banglijian BLJ-707 work?
Aside from its key features, the Banglijian BLJ-707 has a lot to offer. It has all the standard options that guarantee a good sound quality: environmental noise cancelling, two programs, and eight volume levels. The batteries offer current protection, which helps your batteries last longer and gives you ‘smart charging’.
The BLJ-707 includes the responsive and helpful Banglijian customer support service. It also comes with an 18-month warranty and a 45-day money-back guarantee. There are eight domes included for each ear (sixteen domes in total) in the packaging, so you can find your perfect fit.
To operate the BLJ-707, you use the volume buttons. Keeping the button pressed for longer switches programs, and holding the button for six seconds turns off the device. The device itself measures 1” x 0.5” x 0.3”, and the charging case is roughly 3” x 2.5”, so it fits a purse neatly.

What’s not to like about the Banglijian BLJ-707?
The Banglijian offers a good value product, but can’t offer the advanced features you’ll find in other models. While that doesn’t have to be a problem, it’s important to understand what you’re missing out on. Whereas older Banglijian models were able to keep up technologically with their more expensive competitors, the BLJ-707 has a clear gap with other models.
Alternatives for the Banglijian BLJ-707
The best alternative for the Banglijian BLJ-707 is the Neosonic B10. Of the two, the Banglijian is the budget-friendly option. It offers less program, less features, and a lesser battery life than its competitor, but is also the only hearing aid under $200 with this configuration. Other alternatives are the Onebridge J707 and the TKING J707, which are both the exact same model, but sometimes offer a better price and different colors.

Should you buy the Banglijian BLJ-707?
You should only buy the Banglijian BLJ-707 if you’re looking for a bargain and are willing to compromise some features to pay less. Make sure you’re aware of the differences between this model and the ZVOX VB25 and Neosonic B10 before you make a buying decision. Once you know and are comfortable with what you’re getting, the Banglijian is a great deal.
